San Tan Valley - Queen Creek, Arizona

ONE Central will not replace our current worship gathering at Mtn Vista School. Instead, it will be a place for our growing youth ministry to call home; a place open to community gatherings and outreach; a place for staff and team meetings, orientations, discipleship classes, small groups, and more.

The Next Initiative's goals were to raise $35,000 by March 6th and another $130,000 in the next two years in order for us to purchase a house and property and be debt free. We were able to raise $41,000 on March 6th with $51,000 more in pledges for the next 2 years. What a miracle, then, when the property we had valued at $135,000 was able to be purchased at auction for only $86,135! This house is located directly on Hunt Hwy, the gateway to San Tan Valley's 70,000+ residents. It is 2000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house that sits on 1.1 acres at the foot of the San Tan Mountains. It's not too late to be part of this amazing story. There are still financial needs to be met over the next 2 years to pay off the loan, as well as plenty of blood, sweat, and tears to be dedicated to turning this property into a great resource for meeting needs in San Tan Valley.
